I'll be interested to see how your 'new' console turns out, seeing as I had a chance to visit with it on a few occasions here in Baltimore.   My project remains static, mostly as I'm trying to get one of my bathrooms completely rebuilt. Ahhh, the joys of old house ownership....   Frank Vanaman Baltimore, MD   Kelvin Smith wrote-in-part: > > Hello listers, > > Last night at 11:00 I turned my organ on again for the first time in 4 > months, complete with its new blower and improved wind system.

Not only is it a wonderful thing for him and his family, but it is also a great encouragement to all other residence organ builders.   Three cheers!   Larry   p.s. Isn't it interesting how kids can enjoy "playing" an organ console that is not attached to anything? They seem to be able to hear things = that we older folks can't!
