It is possible that that blower was only designed to give 3" w.p. BUT you may wish to make sure that it is in fact revolving in the correct direction. A blower will still give pressure, but usually considerably less if the rotation is backwards.   Hugh

Slow speed and low pressure was the result. After re-setting the wires on the motor for 110 volt operation, everything was fine.   jimmy used the previous
