Windy console

(back) Subject: Windy console From: <Pipewheezr@aol.com> Date: Thu, 2 May 2002 10:41:24 EDT   It has been to quite on the organ-holics talk channel soooooooo I thought = I would tell of the latest organ progress on my UN-historic organ = installation! The Moller three manual console is hooked up to the swell only, the great will require a relay since there is three other stops that are on separate =   chests. Once this is all hooked up then back to the choir. For the pedal I am using the Moller relay since it matches the console and = my stop list, the old relay needed more wiring and more switches. I found out thaaaaaaaaat you must have wind to the console for it to work, = it is not just for the combination action. I cannot remember what the = pressure is after the blower regulator, but what ever it is(5-6) the console = switches work great:) Draw knobs that fly in and out look kinda neat ,after the Klann combo-exploder stop tab action. The 16 foot reeds are in the pit, the chest for the 8' great trumpet is getting valves, the 4'octive of the pedal 8' principal is on the same = chest has valves also. I will send pictures of the chest. The wood I built the chest out of is real snazzy looking! I am going to go finish the valving before I wonder out to work. Have fun. Dennis
