(back) Subject: wurlitzer electronic organ photos and opus list needed From: "Christopher Sabatowich" <c.sabatowich@sthedwigchurch.zzn.com> Date: Mon, 20 May 2002 11:42:35 -0400   Dear list, Does anyone know of an illustrated resource listing Wurlitzer's electronic organs? A friend has just received the gift of a old electronic Wurlitzer = organ. He doesn't know how old it is, but he suspects that it is not a tube = system since the power switch is not tri-state (off-"warm-up"-on). I haven't = seen the instrument yet. The 2 61 note manual, 13-note stick pedal, horseshoe console with a real toy counter will replace his Laurens Hammond's = FunFolio. I know this isn't much to go on, but that's all the information I have received so far from him in fifteen minutes of online collaboration and frantic web searching before his allotted time online expired. This particular Hammond won't be raising funds at $50 a whack with an = ax or opening cans. This Hammond will be incorporated into my home pipe = organ as an extraordinary division playable from the 2M/AGO pedal Wicks console. The Hammond will also be used as my traveling organ since it is light and small. I am planning to use MIDI to make the connection between organ and Hammond to make the disconnect easy and to patch the Hammond into a midi sequencer program.   Christopher Sabatowich
