From: "jch" <opus1100@catoe.org> Date: Sun, 10 Aug 2003 13:46:06 -0500   If you are using a Wurlitzer chest..putting the Vox on a separate chest is not necessary as Wurlitzer chests are made with each rank isolated wind-wise from the others. I have a three rank chest with a Vox, Tibia and Trumpet. Each rank is winded from a separate regulator and tremmed individually. The Trumpet is actually winded with the ranks on the other three rank chest from the main regulator. The Vox is on 6 1/2 inches and has a smaller trem. The other ranks are on 10 inches. If you are dealing with a straight organ configuration, then a separate chest is necessary. Moller used to have a separate chest (enclosed) commonly known as Vox ina Box.   Jon Habermaas
