One of my best friends has two > doozies about her old home place, which is > 150 years old. I had friends in New Orleans who lived in a house haunted by the woman for whom it was built. Seems her loving hubby built it for her when they were first married. Just before he died she discovered that he was having an affair with another woman, and was bringing her into the house. After the wife died she remained in the house to "protect" it from "other women". The only time she would misbehave (slamming cabinets, refrigerator door, stomping from room to room upstairs, shaking chandeliers, and (best of all) tossing cut flowers from a vase around the room without spilling any water!!) was when another woman came into the house. The two guys who owned the house had a female business partner who dropped by occasionally for "demonstrations" to amazed visitors.
