I = didn't know at the time, but I provided the answer recently via a column from the Sunday paper here -- the organ is alive and well at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Altus, OK, near the TX line. I don't know if you had a chance = to read the column, but it was a fun discovery for me.   Happy New Year!   Peter
(back) Subject: Mike Douglas Show.... From: "Carlo Pietroniro" <concert_organist@hotmail.com> Date: Wed, 29 Dec 1999 13:17:49 EST   Greetings all,   I was watching the Mike Douglas show last night and you'll = never guess what they played. The clip of Liberace and Virgil Fox playing "Tea = For Two"!!! It was great! Liberace was on a grand piano and they had Virgil on = a Rodgers organ, on a platform on wheels. I've never seen an actual live = video of Virgil until now. At one point Liberace stopped playing and broke into = a dance while Virgil kept playing. THANK GOD I had decided earlier to record =   the show. This is a keeper!!! The show was dated 1973. Was Virgil Fox the only organist ever to appear on a show like that? I know Diane Bish = doesn't make it a habit to pop in on Oprah or Rosie! They should invite internationally renowned musicians to appear on talk shows. It might boost =   their ratings. I for one would love to see Oprah interview someone like Diane Bish or Carlo Curly. Maybe one day........   Carlo ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com

(back) Subject: Re: Moller Artistes From: <Steskinner@aol.com> Date: Wed, 29 Dec 1999 19:09:17 EST   Dear List:   I have what has been described as a "church" Artiste from 1929. No = cabinet, Gedeckt 16-2, Diapason (8') 16-4, Salicional 8-4, Chimes (20), plus swell shades. The string is too stringy, and the flute and diapason are too = woofy. I love it. It had 2 blanks on the quarter-sawn oak pneumatic console (no =   leaks and all original) and I have added a Celeste and trompette. Alas, it = is now stored in my garage for lack of room. It was originally installed in = the First Baptist Church of Los Altos, CA. I was able to get a copy of the original blueprint from Moller.   Steven Skinner
