(back) Subject: Tampa/St. Pete - Valentine's Day organ events (Decisions, Decisions) From: Brian Graham <email@example.com> Date: Mon, 4 Jan 1999 15:07:16 -0600 In case you hadn't heard, Rosa Rio is playing the Wurlitzer for "Son of the Sheik" (w/ Rudolph Valentino) at the Tampa theatre at 3:00 pm on February 14th. ---AND--- The St. Petersburg AGO chapter monthly event will be a Robert Delcamp recital on a the Aeolian-Skinner at Christ United Methodist Church in St. Petersburg at the same time on the same day. It's a tough choice, but I think I may go to see Mr. Delcamp, having never had the pleasure previously. Perhaps I should try to get the program first?!

It is mostly British, but some issues do have an article about this side of the pond. I started to subscribe to it mostly because I came from London over thirty years ago, and it brings back to me a sense of what I grew up with! Go for it!! Bob Conway ...

The photographs are beautiful, the layout excellent and the articles are extremely educational and well-written. It is a very broad-scoped publication. Get it! You won'd be sorry. If you are primarily interested in organs, you might also consider Orgel Internationale. It is an incredibly beautiful publication, filled with stoplists and beautiful photographs. The text is in German, but anyone can enjoy the pictures and read the stoplists. It's worth it as well. Organ-wise, it's my favorite because it has the most organs in it. bruce cornely firstname.lastname@example.org
