(back) Subject: Fw: I have had it From: "VEAGUE" <dutchorgan@svs.net> Date: Fri, 8 Dec 2000 07:39:39 -0500   In the music business and even church-work, there is a mixed-bag of people involved from all walks of life. I'm surprised for someone in the = (service) business (as the company mentioned below) to have homophobic attitudes -let-alone a poor service record.   Rick     ----- Original Message ----- From: <DRAWKNOB@aol.com> To: <pipechat@pipechat.org> Sent: Friday, December 08, 2000 12:20 AM Subject: Re: I have had it     > In a message dated 12/7/00 4:03:03 PM Central Standard Time, gedeckt@usit.net > writes: > > << t's like teaching a pig to sing. (back) Subject: Re: I have had it Response From: "Noel Jones, A.A.G.O." <gedeckt@usit.net> Date: Fri, 08 Dec 2000 16:31:01 -0500   Dear J:   Thank you for your interesting post.   If you visit the web site of the rodgersorgan@egroups.com you will discover that I moderate a discussion group which I formed and is independent of Rodgers Instruments LLC and the Roland Group.   This discussion group was formed for people like you, who have opinions about Rodgers organs and want to discuss them. As moderator I work to keep the discussions focused on Rodgers organs. I have the ability to edit and reject postings prior to their issuing throughout the internet.   I have never refused a posting that is critical of Rodgers or their = organs.   Personally, I work as a salesperson for a company that is a dealer for Rodgers. I have nothing but highest regard for the Rodgers organization, which I have found to be a very open, concerned organization, concerned about its dealers, their employees and the customers who purchase and use their products.   You have obviously had a bad experience. Please let me know if I or anyone from the discussion group might be of assistance to you in rectifying your opinion of Rodgers.   -- Noel Jones, AAGO ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Moderator, rodgersorgan@egroups.com www.frogmusic.com/rodgersorgan.html

(back) Subject: off-the-wall Christmas song From: "Carlo Pietroniro" <organist@total.net> Date: Sat, 9 Dec 2000 01:15:01 -0500   The Irish Rovers recorded a song a few years back called "Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer". It's hilarious, and here's the lyrics...........   Grandma got run over by a reindeer, Walkin' home from our house Christmas Eve. You ca say there's no such thing as Santa, But as for me & Grandpa, we believe.   She'd been drinkin' too much egg nog, And we begged her not to go. But she'd left her medication, So she stumbled out the door into the snow. When they found her Christmas mornin', At the scene of the attack. There were hoof prints on her forehead, And incriminating Claus marks on her back.   -refrain-   Now we're all so proud of Grandpa, He's been takin' it so well. Seein' him in there watchin' football, Drinkin' beer and playin' cards with cousin Mel. It's not Christmas without Grandma, All the family's dressed in black. And we just can't help but wonder, Should we open up her gifts or send them back?   -refrain-   Now the goose is on the table, And the pudding made of fig. And a blue and silver candle, That would've just matched the hair in Grandma's wig. I want all my friends and neighbors, Better watch out for yourselves. They should never give a licence, To a man who drives a sleigh and plays with elves.
