I am putting together a tribute to Ann Leaf and = Gaylord Carter on one of the "Orgelwerke" broadcasts in February and I needed the information. While it is true that most choirs rehearse on Thursdays, why not explain your predicament to your choir and ask them whether they think it would be all right for you to change the day of the rehearsal. Of course, they might say no. But then they might say yes.   John Speller St. Mark's Episcopal Church, St. Louis, Mo.

From: <flcg1018@mails.fju.edu.tw> Date: Sat, 13 Jan 2001 14:16:04 +0800 (CST)   Hello....   There is a rather famous piece entitled "At Dawning" (sung as a solo, but nice as an organ solo) by Nelle richomond Eberhardt and Charles Wakefield Cadman (v1881-1946) which has been recorded by Virgil Fox in the CD The Art of Virgil Fox, Volume II Riverside Church New York, on the EMI label CDM 7243 5 65913 2 5.   This CD shouldn't be difficult to find... It is manufactured and distributed by EMI Classics, 810 Seventh Ave, NY NY 10019.
