At the time, I was just learning to play so I = =3D brought along my Estey Chord Organ book each time and learned left-hand = =3D chording and pedaling on those church organs. One instrument I remember well was in a Dutch Reformed Church in town =3D with a 2-manual Wicks in a horseshoe console. The facade pipes were =3D painted ivory with gold stenciling. Very impressive amongst dark =3D woodwork. Funny........the minsters saw me coming and would reach for the church =3D keys to let me in.
