My impression matches = BuuD's, which was that it was VERY early Johannus mixed with some Ahlborn-Galanti, =   wrapped up in a pressboard "console". The Hammond example (really only a glued on badge) exhibits insufferable "chiff" and is quite...uh...Dutch. Johannus, meanwhile, increased byte size and scrapped =   the "dutch street organ" specifications for something a bit better. One thing BuuD-by-the-Beach did NOT meation was that the Electronium stuff has =   polyphony problems that shouldn't exist in this day and age. So much for Hammond's attempt at THIS market!   DeserTBoB
