You said that he threw his CD collection in the garbage, isn' eating, has lost weight, sleeps 'til noon.......I would suggest your friend has a serious problem with depression and needs help fast. Not only does he need = your help and prayers, but he needs medical attention before he ends his life in a suicide. I strongly urge you to get involved, get some of his friends together, be with him, let him know that you care about him and do = this as soon as possible. Get him to a doctor who has been forewarned of his condition and is prepared to help. I lost a friend to suicide many years ago, and still remember the waste of his life. You have raised a concern that many on this list care about. Please let us know that your friend is alright.
