This years' concert series will commemorate the 250th anniversary of the Lunenburg settlement. The concert features music of the 17th and 18th centuries, played on a circa 1826 pipe organ, harpsichord, and an ensemble of other instruments. A free will offering will be collected at the door. Details of the second concert, to be held in August, will be announced at a later date.

If one were to say a = composer wrote "Stravinsky-like," what would that tell you?   Does anyone have a good idea of what the Schoenstein organ does in the conference hall, or is it too early to tell? Will there be further = tweaking and voicing before it's "ready," or has there been enough time for this already? What are the acoustics like empty and full? Swampy?
