(back) Subject: IRC tonight at 9:00 pm EST From: "Bob Conway" <conwayb@sympatico.ca> Date: Fri, 30 May 2003 19:24:14 -0400   Today really is Friday, and PipeChat IRC will be on air, live, at 9.00 pm tonight.   For some, it will be the second Friday of this week, - but for others it will be the one and only! If you don't know how to get on board simply go =   http://www.pipechat.org where there is all you need to know.   See you there!   Bob Conway

(back) Subject: New Organ From: "First Christian Church of Casey, Illinois" <kzrev@rr1.net> Date: Fri, 30 May 2003 19:43:11 -0500   I forgot to announce to my organ friends on this list that I am getting a "new" pipe organ for my home--a lovely II/11 Wicks from 1967. Yes, a bit neo-baroque, but not a screamer. And I like a bit of chaff on my principals. It will replace my M=F6ller Artiste which I have sold. It was/is also a delightful instrument, far more versatile than some would have you believe three ranks can be.   As for space, the eleven-ranker will utilize the same space as the Artiste, that room essentially becoming a pipe chamber with the console in the adjacent room.   Dennis Steckley   Every gun that is made and every warship that is launched, signifies in the final sense a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed--Dwight Eisenhower
